Sanitation
Job Description:
Breaks down and cleans processing equipment, including pumps, valves, transfer lines, etc. Cleans and sanitizes assigns mix vats. Foams outside of tanks and scrub when needed. Foams catwalks, walls, floor and ceiling tiles as needed. Empties and cleans trash bins as needed. Cleans dock area. Sprays and sanitizes equipment nightly. Cleans inside of holding tanks using C.I.P. equipment. Cleans port-a-tanks. Cleans drains. Cleans curtains.
Requirements:
Previous Sanitation experience a plus.

Packaging Operator
Job Description:
Operates packaging machinery. Fills out production logs, start-up sheets and weight sheets. Responsible for the quality and quantity of products produced. Responsible for maintaining an acceptable production efficiency (as determined by supervisors). Responsible for maintaining an acceptable yield level (as determined by supervisors). Responsible for putting machines together, changing machinery from one product to another, and setting up all video jets and box printers. Responsible for following all Good Manufacturing Practices. Responsible for following all safety and food safety policies.
Requirements:
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Diesel Engine Mechanic
Job Description:
Inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of 40 OTR tractors and refrigerated trailers in accordance with safety & DOT standards.
Requirements:
We are currently accepting applications for a Diesel Engine Mechanic. Must have ability to perform preventive maintenance on a variety of fleet equipment. Diagnostic/Troubleshooting skill is also required. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a class B Mechanic type position. Must have own tools.
