Ingredients & Preparation Instructions1 cup Green Grapes
1 cup Red Grapes
1 cup Strawberries, halved
1 cup Banana, sliced
1 cup Cantaloupe, cubed
1 cup Blueberries
1 cup Melon, cubed
1/2 cup Naturally Fresh® Poppy Seed Dressing
1/2 cup Naturally Fresh® Raspberry Vinaigrette
Place berries and grapes in a colander and rinse with cold water. Place fruit in a bowl and add dressing to taste. Chill for 30 minutes and serve.

Chocolate Fondue (Snack)Naturally Fresh® Chocolate Dip mixed with Hazelnut or Amaretto and heated to create a perfect dip for pound cake, fruits, or pretzels.
Ingredients & Preparation Instructions2 16 oz. tubs Naturally Fresh® Chocolate Dip
1/2 cup Heavy Cream to thin if fondue begins to thicken
2 tbsp. Hazelnut or Amaretto Liqueur (optional)

If fondue becomes too thick, thin with heavy cream. Arrange your dipping items on a platter next to the fondue. Serve with fondue forks or bamboo skewers, for dipping.

Pomegranate Mixed Berry Trifle (Breakfast, Snack)A delicious mix of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, whipping cream, and Naturally Fresh® Pomegranate Mixed Berry Vinaigrette dresing.
Ingredients & Preparation Instructions1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 Box Raspberry Jellow Mix
1 Cup of Naturally Fresh® Pomegranate Mixed Berry Vinaigrette
2/3 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 TSP Baking Powder
3 Eggs
2 Cups Strawberries
2 Cartons Blueberries
1 Carton Raspberries
2 Pints Heaving Whipping Cream
PREHEAT OVEN TO 325ºF. Grease sides and bottom of two baking pans with shortening or oil spray. Blend cake mix, jello, water, oil, eggs, baking powder, and Naturally Fresh® Pomegranate Mixed berry Vinaigrette on low until mixture is moistened. Then beat at medium-high for 2-3 minutes. Pour batter in pans and bake immedinately for 33-40 minutes depending on oven and pan size. Cool for 15 minutes before layering. Whip in separate mixer heavy whipping cream until desired thickness. (You may add sugar to sweeten as necessary). Cut cake into squares to begin the layering process. Combine in a glass trifle dish by alternating layers of cake, cream, and fruit to achieve desired appearance. Chill until ready to serve.

Orange Poppy Cake (Breakfast, Snack)Naturally Fresh® Orange Poppy Vinaigrette blended into a Cream Cheese and Mandarin Orange Cake.
Ingredients & Preparation Instructions2 Boxes of White Cake Mix
6 Egg Whites
1 Bottle of Naturally Fresh® Citrus Orange Poppy Vinaigrette.
2 TSP Baking Powder
2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 Cups Sugar
1 Small Can of Mandarin Oranges
2 Cans Cream Cheese Frosting
1 Jar of Orange Marmalade
2/3 Cup Water (Optional)
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F. Beat cake mix, Naturally Fresh® Citrus Orange Poppy Vinaigrette dressing, oil, and egg whites in a large bowl on medium speed for 3-5 minutes. (Add food color if needed). Pour into 2 cake pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans. Place orange marmalade as filling (in between layers of the cake). Decorate with cream cheese icing. Garnish with mandarin oranges.

Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie (Snack)A great dessert that is easy to make and delicious in taste.
Ingredients & Preparation Instructions1 8oz Package Cream Cheese, Softened
1 Container of Cool Whip
1 Package Strawberry Jello
1 Graham Cracker Crust
1 Jar Naturally Fresh® Glaze for Strawberries
Dissolve Jello with 1/2 cup boiling water, add cream cheese and mix with mixer until fully blended. Fold in Coop Whip until mixture is fully mixed. Pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate until set. When ready to serve drizzle Naturally Fresh® Glaze for Strawberries over each individual slice for an added taste!
